Creature-collecting survival game Palworld is about to release its first big collaboration with an unexpected pairing

Quite a surprise this one. Palworld and Terraria are getting a crossover, but we don't really know what just yet.

Pocketpair has revealed that a Palworld and Terraria crossover is coming in 2025, with imminent news on the survival game's next update.

We're all still eagerly awaiting more information from the Nintendo lawsuit against Palworld creator Pocketpair, but news on that front will likely be slow in coming as the legal cogs turn. We know exactly what patents Nintendo is claiming were infringed thanks to a post from the team, but that's where things sit right now.

Taking to the Palworld Discord, Pocketpair said the December update adds the “largest, harshest, and most mysterious” island yet to Palworld. This new island is about six times bigger than Sakurajima, which hit Palworld in June.

Pocketpair has announced a Palworld Terraria crossover for sometime next year, and the game will be getting one last update before the new year as well.
