Dec 18, 2021 · Seemingly what has worked for some (myself included) was adding plex.direct to your DNS whitelist on your network. I have my router going to openDNS and from the openDNS dashboard i added plex.direct in the whitelist. I cleared cache on my phone app then waited about 15 minutes for good measure. I started a download and it spooled right up.
