Dec 28, 2015 · 980Ti is a beast, you probably can run anything at max, if not just bump the settings down. as simple as that. Run DSR if you wanna improve your game image quality. Run native resolution, highest refresh rate.

Feb 14, 2017 · ASIC don't mean shit. My 73.1% card kicks the snot out of my 78.3% card. In SLI the card with the lower ASIC is usually the card with the highest utilization, I have to disable SLI to get a game to run off the higher card. The lower card also gets to a higher overclock. Both are reference 980ti, same settings in Afterburner.

Aug 11, 2018 · DP port gets even less but only because they didnt add HDR and ATMOS support for it, since its bandwith is well above hdmi 2.0. 980ti DP output can still do 4k 60 hz but no HDR or Dolby Atmos and it cannot benefit from G-SYNC "compatible" monitors or tv's. Hope someone is still googling this and find my experience helpful. Happy 4k'ing everyone!

Jul 18, 2019 · Is anyone aware and/or tested hardware decoding of HEVC codec on GTX 980ti? I have a pc with i7 4790k and 980ti as a media center/living room gaming pc and i think it used to be better are playing large 4k 10bit x265 movies which are common now. The computer struggles with high CPU usage when playing and i don't remember it being this way before.

Nov 13, 2016 · Hi All. My reference 980Ti has developed an issue with HDMI. I turned my PC on one day to find that it no longer output via HDMI. The TV I'm outputting to identifies the active HDMI port but states there is no output through it. The cable is fine, my laptop can output a signal to the TV through it, so that's not the issue.
