Any suggestions for a font similar to that for "SUPER MARIO"?
I'm aware of the existence of the "Super Mario 256" font, but that's too close to Nintendo's copyrighted typeface. I'm just looking for a font that is chunky and exudes a similar fun vibe. Share Add a Comment

Jul 26, 2023 · I just mean from a logo design standpoint. The blue New helps give it more color cohesion. I agree when it comes to branding, the New has some negative connotations by now and it was the right move to ditch it, but I do also think new super Mario Bros Wonder phonetically flows better when spoken out loud.

Jun 23, 2023 · I think they should've just gone with Super Mario Wonder. It just flows better, and it's not like it would've been the first time they didn't have "Bros." in the title for a 2D Mario game, since World, Land, and Run if you want to count it already exist.

Feb 27, 2018 · I have the exact same copy of Super Mario Bros. that I had in 1986. I still play it regularly. I don't play new PS4/Xbox One games, I'm stuck in my childhood and still play my NES games daily (although I have upgraded to playing on an AVS for HDMI picture).
